Babychair meeting newborn Highchair for the first time.

Babychair was so excited to meet her newborn brother. She called him 'my baby' and wanted to hold him. Grandma helped her sit on the hospital bed and we helped her hold Highchair in her little arms My heart could melt, she was so loving. She kissed him over and over energetically, then played the naming game (eyes, ears, mouth) pointing out (poking) Highchair with every body part she knew.

The grandparents had took her to buy her brother a toy and she had chosen a Next Blue soft teddy. Babychair had 'helped' grandma to wrap it and ran into the hospital with the wrapped toy in her hand. I unwrapped the toy and after telling her what a lovely gift it was, handed it back to Babychair. I half expected her to keep it herself or throw it down on the floor but she wanted to give it directly to Highchair. Straight on his chest

I am so happy that she likes her baby brother, I hoped they will grow up loved and loving each other and this was the best start I could of hoped for.
